The Exciting Opportunity
Lightbulb has been popular in its geographical area for the last eight years but we are now expanding further outside London and the South-East. We are looking for partners who want to join us as Associates if you are based in (or have easy access to) one of these four areas: Liverpool/Manchester, Cardiff, Bristol or Birmingham/Coventry.

- Majority fee-split to you (higher than usually given to associate trainers in other organisations)

Would Suit Those Who Are:
- Just starting out on their own and who have a strong business background
- Keen to have the support of others rather than being on their own!
- Confident in training delivery and a bit of a show-off/performer!
- Passionate around management development/ personal effectiveness but with a particular passion for all things around managing performance!
- Non-corporate, 'disruptive', quirky, non-fluffy, non-jargon/buzzwords - basically plain-English, practical, down-to-earth, humorous people who are generally seen as a 'breath of fresh air'.
How Does It Work:
- We provide all powerpoint materials/training scripts etc to go with our current workshop menu
- We use a unique, tried and tested business development model that doesn't include cold-calling! We ask for your help with this and provide everything needed - only 90 minutes of your free time required to generate business!
- We also pass you existing business directly where it cant be geographically delivered by our own trainers
- You are still free to separately develop business under your own branding and using your own content
