We have worked with Lightbulb's 'Chinwag' anti-appraisal system for a while and it has given us a simpler, fresher and more useable approach to managing performance and development. As a dynamic and ever-changing business we wanted to move away from the traditional, bureaucratic, once or twice a year way approach that organisations take. Chinwag makes it easier to get the results we want from our people and the results they want for themselves.
